1. The LED light scroll display during the charging process, allowing the user to more intuitively see the charging process and the current battery power.
2. Under standby state of the battery, reduce standby power consumption and extend battery life.
3. Handle the power display in different ways to avoid the problem of high power display.

Third, the function brief:
1. When charging normally (the charging power supply and the battery are connected normally), the LED light scrolls normally, and the LED light is always on after being fully charged.
2. Take out the battery during charging (the charging power is still connected normally), and the LED light 1S flashes.
3. During the charging process, the charging power supply is taken out (the battery is still connected normally), the LED light stops scrolling display, only the current battery power is displayed, the display stops after 10S, and the MCU enters the sleep state.
4. During the sleep process, when the charging power is connected, the MCU wakes up and starts normal charging.
5. During the sleep process, remove the battery and put it in. If the MCU detects no charging power, it will display the current battery power, and stop displaying and sleeping after 10S.
